All Katz Kollective designs are shipped using Canada post with tracking and insurance. We know shipping has an extra fee to your purchase but we could rather it arrive on time and knowing exactly where you Katz piece has arrived safe and sound.

How long will it take to get my order?

Once your order has shipped, please allow 5 - 7 business days for delivery within Canada, and 7 - 14 business days for all other parts of North America for standard shipping. 

Express shipping is also available when checking out! 

Please keep in mind Katz is not responsible for any import or custom fees that may apply. ALL packages shipped internationally will have a written description of the contents on the outside of the package, as this is a mandatory requirement for customs clearance outside of our control.  Please make sure you have notified Katz of your return or exchange in advance to sending your package.
